What SOURCE is
SOURCE is a sourcing and placement platform. Recruiters source candidates for live technology roles; SOURCE and its placement partners handle every step after a candidate is submitted, including client communication, interviews, offers and placement administration.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, keep your credentials secure and maintain one account per person. Agency accounts must use a work email on the agency's domain.
Client confidentiality
Hiring-company identity is confidential. You may not attempt to identify, contact or bypass SOURCE to reach a client. Doing so is a material breach.
Subscriptions are separate from rewards
Subscription fees give access to the platform and its tools. A subscription does not guarantee placements or rewards. Placement rewards are governed by the Reward & Payout Terms and are never paid through the subscription billing provider.
Restriction and suspension
SOURCE may warn, restrict, review, suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, duplicate or non-consented submissions, repeated poor quality, or breach of these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SOURCE's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
