Data we process

Recruiters: account, profile, LinkedIn URL, verification, subscription, activity and reward data.

Candidates: professional profile data supplied by a recruiter, consent records, submission status, and contact details (encrypted at application level).

Why

To operate the platform, verify recruiters, obtain and record candidate consent, process submissions and placements, calculate and pay rewards, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Candidate data is shared with SOURCE's placement partners and the hiring client only after the candidate's consent for that specific role. We use processors for hosting, email, payments and AI; AI providers receive minimized data without contact details.

Retention and rights

We keep data only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize it, retaining audit and accounting records where the law requires. You may request access, correction, export or deletion from your account settings or by contacting privacy@getsource.dev.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Database encryption at rest is provider-managed. Candidate contact details are additionally encrypted by SOURCE. Access is restricted per recruiter and per agency.
