Reward & Payout Terms

How placement rewards are calculated and paid.

Calculation

Reward = placement value × recruiter-side share (50% by default). Rewards are recorded in SOURCE's reward ledger at the time of hire.

Installments

Rewards are paid in installments (three monthly by default; e.g. $3,333 / $3,333 / $3,334 for a $10,000 reward). If the placement ends within the guarantee period, unpaid installments may be cancelled and paid installments may be clawed back.

Payouts

Payouts are made by SOURCE outside the subscription billing system, after any required tax and identity checks.
