Recruiter Agreement

Terms for independent recruiters sourcing through SOURCE.

Scope

You source candidates only. You do not represent clients, negotiate offers or contact hiring companies. SOURCE handles placement after submission.

Consent

You must obtain the candidate's recorded consent through SOURCE for each specific role before submission. Submitting without valid consent is prohibited.

Economics

For each successful placement, SOURCE retains 50% of the placement value and the recruiter side receives 50%. Example: a $20,000 placement value yields a $10,000 reward, paid in three monthly installments of $3,333, $3,333 and $3,334, subject to the guarantee period and the Reward & Payout Terms.

Ownership

Candidate ownership for a role attaches to the first valid, consented submission. Disputes are resolved by SOURCE operations, whose decision is recorded in the audit log.

Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes, licences and compliance with local recruitment law.
