Agency responsibility

The agency is responsible for every member it invites, their compliance with the Recruiter Agreement, and its internal permissions.

Economics

SOURCE's 50/50 economics apply between SOURCE and the agency. Any internal split between the agency and its recruiters is the agency's own arrangement and does not change SOURCE's share.

Data

Agency owners and admins may see their team's candidates, pipeline and rewards. They may not access other agencies' data or confidential client identity.
